M.Sc. Moisés Quirós Monge works as an English Teacher for the Ministry of Public
Education (MEP). Currently, he teaches conversational English to eighth and ninth
graders at Liceo Sinaí, Pérez Zeledón. In addition to this, Mr. Quirós has eight
years of experience working with children and youngsters at different private and
public institutions such as; Colegio Cientifico de Costa Rica (TEC), Colegio
Miravalle and La Asunción School. He hosts a Bachelor´s and Licentiate’s Degree
in English Teaching and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. Moisés
and five more colleagues are in charge of the innovation project called Talk to
Move developed at Liceo Sinai. This project intends to increase learners’
motivation in the acquisition of the English language through the use of technology.
